This bit of propaganda appears to be part of an attempt to dampen Iranian public enthusiasm for nuclear weapons. (After all, the main reason the Iranian leadership wants nuclear weapons is to bolster its own legitimacy, which has been wavering in the face of a stagnant economy and restrictions on civil liberties.) Another sign that Iran (along with Afghanistan and Pakistan) is a top priority for the Obama administration.
